Brian Noone

Brian Noone served twenty-eight years in the federal government as a specialist in interagency disciplines coordinating international and domestic enforcement operations, encompassing intelligence probes and clandestine business operations which led to worldwide law enforcement prosecutions against organized criminal enterprises. He conducted the overall supervision of time sensitive, complex multi-country and multi-jurisdictional matters into terrorism, money laundering, kidnapping, illegal drug manufacturing, distribution and money laundering profits from these networks. Brian's strengths are: devising, coordinating, deploying and leading the operational exploitation and strategic solutions affecting both physical and cyber-security operations. Upon his retirement from the US government, Brian was employed by National Grid as the Vice-President of Corporate Security for the United States. National Grid, the second largest utility in the US, is a $50 billion utility which generates, transmits and distributes electricity in Northeast corridor. Additionally, National Grid gathers, transmits and distributes natural gas and imports and stores Liquefied Natural Gas for peak times of consumption. Brian has leadership experience at the executive level in both the public and private sectors Brian is a Medal of Valor recipient for services rendered to the United States of America and is currently the honarary deputy commisioner of police in Nassau County, New York. Eric Fritsch

Eric has over thirty-one years of technology sales experience in an executive capacity within direct sales and support. Eric has worked for several startups, as well as Fortune 500 companies and is President & Board Member of Engaging Choice. Eric has become a trusted advisor to many Fortune 500 Executives and as such is able to introduce leading edge technologies to resolve roadblocks and achieve business objectives. This perspective has allowed him to develop a deep and comprehensive knowledge of how best to utilize new technologies to support clients. It is this unique relationship that has allowed him to become a vital resource to 100's of companies over the years, yielding millions of dollars in sales. Many of these clients have become long term friends. Eric has earned many awards over his career, but he considers his greatest accomplishment to be giving back to others. Eric is on The Players Club Preservation Board, a private club founded by Edwin Booth which promotes social intercourse within the arts. Eric is an Eagle Scout (1987) and a Master Mason (2010) and has dedicated much time and energy to Shriners Childrens Hospital. He is also actively involved in an organization which helps handicapped children with dental care needs. During the holidays, Eric can be found at a soup kitchen or spending time with his three children Cassidy, Connor and Colby. Eric is also very active with his local church, rugby team and mentoring, the Boy Scouts of America. Eric graduated from the State University at Buffalo, earning his bachelor's degree in Business Communications.  

Michael Esposito

Michael Esposito, MBA, has been a senior-level information security consultant and technologist for more than 30+ years. Mike started ESS following successful tenures as a Senior Consultant at Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore) and as the Consulting Practice Manager for Internet Security Systems (ISS – now part of IBM). He has created and managed security departments, designed secure network architectures, performed risk assessments and forensic analyses for financial institutions, universities, publishers, insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, and oil companies and government agencies throughout the world. Mike also worked with the FAA in 2007 on the separation of the Alaskan NAS/ADMIN networks. Mike Esposito provides the unique dual perspective of Security Specialist and Business Professional adept at balancing the protection of data with the business needs of diverse organizations. Mike earned his B.E. degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and earned his MBA from New York University. He is a U.S. citizen and has had background checks performed for various government and commercial clients. Mike is a pillar in his community. Mike is always willing to help a friend or a stranger in need. He enjoys his daily walks, and spending his free time down at the Jersey Shore. Mike shares an innate ability to possess both street and book smarts, he can take the complicated and simplify it.

Manos Megagiannis

Chief Technology Officer

Manos Megagiannis has over 30 years of professional experience with Information Security, Software Development and Information Technology. Specializing in several key areas including LAN/WAN/Data-center architecture, voice and data communications, and commercial Internet solutions. Manos has consulted with numerous companies, from startups to Fortune 500, pioneering technologies such as network security tools, trading platforms, micro-payment systems, network storage, video conferencing, and operating systems’ internal components. ​ Mr. Megagiannis currently serves on several Boards of Advisors and is an honorary chairman of the Business Advisory Council. He served in the Presidential Business Commission from 2001 to 2008. In recognition of his record and services he received a Gold Medal in 2002, the 2003 Businessman of the Year Award and the Congressional Order of Merit. As an active member of many not-for profit associations, inside and outside the IT area, he has contributed to the community and helped set industry standards for the Internet and computer networks. His work has received commendations from federal, state and local governments. Manos also sits on the board of directors of the Homeland Security Foundation. Mr. Megagiannis holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from the City University of New York. He has been interviewed and quoted in a number of national and International media and publications, including Forbes, Wired, WBAI radio, The Wall Street Journal, and New York Newsday. 

Rick Helton

Director, Security Operations & Training

Mr. Helton is the Director of Security, Operations, and Training. In this role, he is in charge of all of NVP’s special operations capabilities, which include threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments; penetration tests; and red-cell operations. Mr. Helton is responsible for leading the development, planning, coordination, and oversight of NVP’s advanced executive training program and scenario based training exercises to include Counter Narcotic Global Threat (CNGT) Counter Narcotic Training Program Overseas (CNTPO), training, tasking and execution to foreign militaries and Maritime Operations Training. Mr. Helton also provides security planning and consulting services for NVP’s clients. He utilizes his unique operational background and ability to process threat information against identified vulnerabilities to create complete security solutions integrating all of NVP’s operational services and training capabilities. A retired Navy Corpsman with more than 33 years of experience in Special Operations, Mr. Helton is extremely knowledgeable in terrorist tactics, techniques and methodologies, vulnerability assessments, security mitigations, and the development of adversary attack scenarios. As a Special Forces Operator, Mr. Helton executed numerous highly sensitive, classified missions and conducted operations in South America, the Pacific, European, and Middle Eastern theatres, conducting high risk, counter narcotic missions and Internal Foreign Defense missions (FIDT). Mr. Helton is well versed in anti-terrorism and counter terrorist operations. Deployed to Africa, Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, he is also a subject-matter expert in assault zone surveys, unknown environment, where he planned, briefed, led, and executed multiple mobility, protective security, covert, and highly sensitive missions in direct action against the enemy. His primary qualifications included Team Leader, Sniper, Breacher, Close Quarter Combat, Maritime Operations, Maritime Interdiction, VBSS, Small Boat Training, Combat Swimmer, Communications, Hand to Hand Defensive Combat and Trauma Medic. He also carries an active Top Secret (SCI) Security Clearance. 

Nathan Moorehouse

Nathan Morehouse is a practiced business professional within the commercial and defense industry leading organizations of 1,500 people and approximately $670 million in combined contract valuation. These efforts permitted him to advise industry executives and domestic and foreign defense leaders on policy initiatives. He has led transformative information technology and technical driven solutions as the industrial smart grid network for Cisco Systems, Caterpillar’s procurement and production scheduling for the Halliburton power generation project in Iraq, to serving as a lead principal for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Research and Development Threat Technologies division. Nathan possesses real-world experience in aiding foreign defense institutions through the strategic planning process to articulate a country’s priorities by establishing a set of coordinated goals to achieve regional and national ends. To support this vision, he is skilled in foreign military finance and sales, defense-and-state-led bilateral exchanges, and identifying opportunities and investments toward effective and affordable capabilities to enhance a nation’s needs. Adept in foreign internal defense, security force assistance, and building partnership capacity with extensive expertise throughout Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Nathan is a reserve U.S. Marine Corps colonel with 30-plus years of combined active and reserve service. He is a graduate of the Air Command and Staff College (DEP), Joint and Combined Warfighting School, Joint Forces Staff College, and the U.S. Air War College (DEP).
